Each set contains:
A creamy shaving soap, a wooden brush, (no animal bristles), a Gillette 2 Blue razor and a shaving balm.
Step 1:
Creamy Soap
Thoroughly handmade shaving soap - luxuriously blended to provide a friction-free surface to allow your razor to glide.
Formulated to be as close as possible to the natural pH of skin (5.5) to reduce the risk of irritation. Calcium bentonite clay is used to help neutralise excess oil in skin prone to spots. Zinc oxide provides skin-protection and can improve healing. Aloe vera and gosulin are included to help leave skin smooth, hydrated and supple.
Directions: Rinse the brush in hot water and stir until the soap begins to melt (don’t expect lots of bubbles, this is a foam-free, rich shave). Use your brush to spread it over the area you want to shave.
Step 2:
Soothing Shaving Balm
With aloe vera, coconut butter and colloidal oats to soothe just-shaved skin and relieve dry and flaky areas. Grapeseed and vitamin E maintain skin health, whilst a natural, chicory-derived silicone delivers smooth skin. Decyl oleate is high in omega 9 and this helps the clay to keep oiliness at bay.
Directions:
Apply after shaving. Rub into shaved area - and wait for the mint to give your face a gentle skin-tingle!
Then set off looking and smelling soothed and fresh.
Scented with local lavender, Atlas mint and spearmint, with notes of lemon, lime and bergamot.
