Step 2  Keratin and Ceramide Pre-Wash Complex

 Function: Restores cuticle lipids, hydrates the cortex, rebalances porosity.

Use: Apply and shampoo out, ideally after Step 1.

This water-based emulsion concentrates ceramide NP, cholesterol, and phytosphingosine, the key lipids found in a healthy cuticle barrier. Combined with hydrolysed keratin, soy lecithin, and panthenol, this step focuses on moisture retention and re-lamination of damaged hair fibres. Urea, hyaluronic acid, and niacinamide provide systemic hydration.

 Key Benefits:

• Ideal for bleached, relaxed, or porous hair
• Rebuilds lipid layers and fills structural voids.
• Balances hair porosity, which improves step 3, conditioner uptake.

 Use alone when:

• Hair is chemically processed and needs moisture with structure, but isn't dry.
• Weekly to scalp, for dehydrated, flaking scalp.
