Collection: Hydrosols Cleansers
Why Cleanse With Hydrosols?

Conventional cleansers are surfactant-based (even “gentle” ones) these can:
- Disrupt lipid balance
- Alter corneocyte cohesion
- Increase TEWL immediately after use
- Rely on serums and creams to repair what cleansing removed.
This becomes increasingly problematic when:
- Ceramide synthesis declines
- Sebum composition changes
- Recovery time slows
What hydrosol cleansing does instead:
-
Clean by solubilising surface debris, not stripping lipids
-
Works within skin-compatible pH ranges
-
Supports acid mantle recovery
-
Does not require perfume
The six hydrosols:
Clean without disruption and calm skin.
