Rose Enriching Shampoo - 100ml, 250ml and 500ml
Free from Sodium Lauryl Sulphate (SLS) and other harsh surfactants. With low foam from luxury surfactants, hair is clean but it isn’t stressed. Reinvigorate dry, coloured or brittle hair.
For conditioners see:

3 Step Haircare System For Perfectly Conditioned Hair.
Made locally, from organically grown, distilled crops.
This shampoo cleans thoroughly but is gentle for both skin and hair. The lather is low (bubbles don’t actually clean better!) so it is important to wet hair thoroughly before applying the shampoo and work it in well. This will require less shampoo per wash than poor quality shampoos. The formula is comprehensive, specifically for hair that tends to be dry, brittle and lacklustre and to improve an irritated or oily scalp.

+Very Good - Highly recommended shampoo. I adore this shampoo. It smells great and after one use my hair felt amazing and clean. Loved it enough that I bought shampoo and conditioner and that also works amazingly and smells really so good!” 5 stars
Rose, lavender and chamomile distilled waters help to improve hair condition and reduce scalp irritation. We add wheat proteins which soften hair shafts and can help repair damage. Panthenol, (vitamin B5), is well known for improving hair strength, long-term and retaining hydration and moisture. The combination of Sandalore, cedar and benzoin add a woody, clean scent to the rose and lavender. More importantly, they are used to help reduce premature thinning, partly by prolonging the time each hair stays in the growing phase, and partly by stimulating the roots beneath the scalp. Sandalore was once used just in perfumery, as it smells of sandalwood, but was found to have an impressive effect on hair.
Geranium and lavender oils help regulate dryness and with zinc oxide, keep the scalp free from fungal and bacterial problems which can contribute to the risks of dandruff.
Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients.
The Rose Enriching conditioner is also available - these can be bought together in a boxed set.

My wife, Nuala, introduced me to Scents of Man haircare products about a year ago. She had come to them through buying the perfumes which I have to say smell great. She started to use the hair care products and suggested that I try them as I have had problems finding shampoos that didn’t make my scalp and back feel itchy and cause my skin to flake. The shampoos were wonderful and I haven’t any problems with itchy skin or flaking since. The enriching shampoo suits my hair which tended to be dry. Although it isn’t very foamy it washes really well and I only have to use one application to get my hair clean. I use the enriching conditioner too and It comes out in great condition without becoming oily.
After I had been using the shampoo and condition for a few months my hair, which had been thinning, began to become noticeably thicker. I thought initially that it was just that it was in much better condition but both my wife and hairdresser began to comment on it. After about 6 months even my friends were commenting especially as I no longer seemed to be developing a bald patch on top and it seemed to be growing back at the sides of my forehead too.
Needless to say I was very pleased and decided to try the Follicle Active Support Serum to see if there would be any added benefit.
I have to admit that I’m a bit impatient with applying stuff to hair and skin so have only used it on average once a week for 3 months. My hair is continuing to improve and is probably back to what it was like 10 years ago. However the most surprising thing is that it is becoming less grey! Whereas I had noticeable patches of grey, I now look as if I have had artfully applied grey highlights and the overall brown colour of my hair has returned to a deeper shade than it has been for many years.
I also like the smell of the products and often get complements about the aftershave I’m wearing. I don’t wear any but it’s usually on a day when I’ve washed my hair!
I can’t recommend these products highly enough. They are better than any others I’ve tried, some costing 5 times as much!
Just bought a large jar as I liked this shampoo so much.
In fact so many of Scents of Man products are skin products are lovely- such a good idea for you to give away a variety of samples to try and be hooked.
BEST SHAMPOO EVER AND THE CONDITIONER
I have very fine hair easily damaged by hair colour and sun and this shampoo is the best I have ever used. It has a lovely scent and together with the conditioner my hair is shiny and silky. I am in my late seventies and for the first time in my life friends are commenting enthusiastically on how nice my hair is looking!!!!
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am very happy to hear that it works well on your hair and that you have such nice friends! The shampoo has been formulated to clean as gently as possible, whilst adding moisturise to hair. This shampoo was originally tested by people who had intermittent problems with itchy scalps, dry patches and often dry hair. So we took a similar approach to making skin products. Likewise, the conditioner was first tested on the same group and has a number of different conditioning ingredients, all working in a slightly different way to keep hair bouncy and happy. The Enriching Rose doesn't suit every hair type - people with very fine hair, that tends to become oily, have found this is too heavy for them, the green tea and rosemary works better for fine hair.
The scent of this product is really really nice. I wouldn't call it strong but it is noticeable and natural smelling.
What I want to stress is that this is the first shampoo I tried able to stop my scalp from getting oily too quickly. With most I get a lot of sensitivity, but with this rose shampoo I get none of that. I am trying to not wash my hair every day as it is damaging my ends but no drugstore shampoo allowed me to do that.
If you have an oily sensitive scalp, coupled with drier ends, I cannot recommend this enough.
Don't expect it to be very foamy though. I was deceived by the minimum amount of foam and used far too much for a while. Being quite dear, I regret going through it this quickly but I don't regret giving it a second chance. It's fabulous!
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and your comments are much appreciated.
