You can order from our various on-line outlets, by telephone or by arrangement at the Studio.
After you’ve placed an order, we will endeavour to send it out within 24hours. At busy times this may take a little longer, but within three working days. We will notify you of any unforeseen exceptional circumstances that may delay your order.
We do whatever we can to ensure the products reach you in perfect condition. We use Royal Mail for Island, UK and Ireland deliveries. A signature will usually be needed on receipt. The post can be fast, but it can also take longer than expected, so please allow 3-5 working days. If you need the item faster, we can send it using 24 hour delivery, although there is an extra charges extra for this.
Our prices all include VAT. Products arrived boxed, ready to give as gifts, but extra wrapping paper can be included at no extra cost – please select this option when ordering. We do not pass on full P & P costs to customers, instead a flat fee of either £6 or £10 is charged, depending on weight.
Our on-line shops are designed to take Paypal payment and cards. If you would rather pay by cheque, please post this to: Scents of Man, May Hill House, Ramsey Isle of Man IM82EF and we will send your order as soon as the cheque has cleared (this usually takes 5 working days).

Returns and Post FAQ
I’ve just placed an order but have changed my mind and no longer want it, how do I cancel?
Please just send an email explaining this and we will cancel you order. You must do this within 24 hours, or before the item has been packed and sent out. If you have already received an email stating that you package is on its way, you can still return it, please see below.
My order has arrived but I have changed my mind and no longer want it, can I have my money back?
Yes, please let us know as soon as you can. We will reply in a confirmation email. You can then just send it back and the payment will be returned to you. We ask that customers understand items must be returned unopened and in the original packaging as we need to discard anything we receive that has possibly been opened. We cannot refund the postal costs, as this has already been paid to bring the item to you. Please do this within 14 days from the date you placed the order, to obtain a full refund. We cannot refund payment after this time unless we have sent you the wrong item, or if the product has been damaged en-route (in which case the post office will make compensation.). This covers only orders over £42.
The product doesn’t look like the one I ordered, can I return it?
If you believe the product you received is the wrong thing, please let us know immediately and we will send a replacement. Before returning it, please send us a photo to help us to establish quickly, what has happened. If we’ve sent the wrong item, we will rectify that at no extra cost to you. If the product is not in excellent condition, we will ask you to return it and we will send a new replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.
I’ve used the product but I no longer like it, Can I return it?
We cannot refund items that have been opened and or used. If you would like to try a particular product before ordering a full size, please order a sample first. These come in 3ml-30ml sizes, depending on the product.
I ordered the wrong cream/perfume by mistake, can I exchange it?
Please contact us via email or telephone and we will do our best to put things right. If the items are unopened, just tell us and then return them to us and we will reply to confirm whether the items are in stock, and then send out the right item. If there is a difference in the price, we will let you know and refund you if the item you wanted is cheaper or ask you for payment if it is more expensive.
